Todd is a proven leader with a passion for success. He has spent more than 20 years in sales and truly understands how to build strategic partnerships that offer growth and profitability. Todd is also active in serving his community, as he serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross Northeast Wisconsin Region and as a football coach at St. Norbert College for the past 18 years. Todd is married to Blake and has two daughters, Avery and Egan. In his spare time he enjoys bicycling, running, travel, and spending time with his girls.

Tami has over 24 years of experience refining her lighting expertise through roles in sales, marketing, buying, merchandising, and management with retail, trade, and commercial clients. Her diverse background in lighting fuels her passion for collaboration, creativity, and building successful partnerships. Outside of her professional life, Tami is an active member of local choirs and contributes as a producer, choreographer, and performer in several musical theater productions each year. She and her husband, Kurt, love to travel and are proud parents to two children, Allison and Isaac.

Nick has worked in the lighting industry for over 25 years, the first 15+ years were in a showroom in St. Paul, MN. Nick works in ND, SD, MN, WI and IA to maintain strong partnerships with consistent follow-through, communication and a little humor! He has worked with nearly every facet of the industry; showrooms, builders, electricians and is also our ceiling fan expert. In his free time you'll find him coaching baseball and playing some golf.

Troy managed showrooms for Ferguson Enterprises for 11 years before becoming an independent sales representative with Décor in 2009. He works diligently to partner with our NE, KS, and southern IA partners. Troy is a Middle School Youth Group leader and head coach for his son’s basketball and baseball teams. He also volunteers for the local Boys and Girls Club and is a member of the Omaha Curling Club. Troy lives in Omaha, NE, and is married to Amy with one daughter and one son.

Nick has been immersed in the lighting field for about 5 years now. He comes from a long lineage in the industry with his great grandfather, Orville, starting in the lighting business back in the 1950's. Nick grew up helping his father out with the business by replacing flywheels on fans, helping with inventory counts, and setting up displays in local showrooms. He lives in the south suburbs of Chicago with a beautiful wife and 3 very active children; Tessa, Keller, and Jed. In his spare time Nick loves to hunt, fish, golf, and attend live music events.

Pepper brings over 32 years of lighting experience to the team. She worked as a showroom manager and buyer for 24 years and most recently worked as sales rep support and customer service. Pepper, her husband Mike, and their fur baby, Vivian reside in Green Bay, WI. Pepper loves to cook and bake, is a voracious reader, and dabbles in many crafts.

Allison joined the team this year and is eager to expand her knowledge and skills in her role as inside sales support. Her enthusiasm for learning drives her commitment to contributing to the team's success. Outside of work, Allison enjoys singing, gymnastics, and performing in musical productions.
